Tri-fold Brochure with Insert
| The 3 3/4" x 8 1/2" tri-fold brochure with insert
was collateral, to be used at conferences. The client would see the
company booth or hear a presentation and have a chance to talk to company
staff. The brochure was intended as a takeaway item, small enough to tuck
inside a conference package, handbag, folder or jacket pocket. It
contained just enough information to remind the client about the company,
or to pique the interest of a client who picked it up without seeing a
presentation. |
 |
I developed the concept and overall design of
this piece, collaborated on the writing and editing and worked with the
designer and print-buyer, to achieve a high-quality color brochure |

 |
The brochure contains a brief description of
company services - consistent with the marketing department's creative
brief and image requirements - references, press quotes, examples of
the product and multiple invitations to contact the company, including a
form to capture demographic and contact information. |
The Insert
| It was important to the company that
the online community be seen as distinct from the commercial aspects of
the company. |
 |
To solve this problem, I prepared a insert about the online
community. The insert could be packaged with the tri-fold brochure, or
stacked by itself. This allowed the community staff to retain an element
of independence, while allowing the commercial side of the business to
include information about that community in its own collateral. |
